I have been ice skating ever since I was 5 years old. It is basically all I’ve ever known, and is what really molded me as a person. On the outside, one may see it as merely a sport, or an art form like any other, and the reason why I wanted to bring FLOE to life is that I wanted to tell a story behind the said art. I wanted to show the world how I see ice skating — and its connection to my deeper sense of self.
