Fallibility of Memory explores the distortion that occurs in our memories as a result of the phenomenon of false memory. Designed to mimic the overlapping of vivid imaginings and faded realities occurring in false memory, Tin Kann’s debut collection aims to create the illusion of distortion and fabrication of memories by deconstructing and manipulating old clothing and embellishments into something new, making the intangible concept of false memory tangible.
