Inspired by the natural wonders of Bataan, this collection focuses on the beloved yet forgotten beauty of the province.
Captivating Capiz serves as a call for help as Samal, Bataan’s capiz shell industry is dying in a sense that it is being forgotten. Most common knowledge about Bataan is the Bataan Death March where the province served as a military reserve for defending the island from the Japanese invaders. With this in mind the collection focuses on the silhouettes of the military uniforms in curating the looks and adding capiz shells as accent pieces.
