I got the word “Calle” from a street named “Calle Crisologo” which is located in Vigan, Ilocos in the Northern part of the Philippines. This is my inspiration for my collection because this reminds me of how the Philippines started. We have adapted a lot of cultures from different countries and Calle Crisologo is a reminder that we, Filipinos, have our own culture and that Calle Crisologo still remains as it is which makes it unique and people around the world go here to see its beauty.
